“There is a rhythm of created life which ensures a greater chance of sustainability and ongoing well being if we explicitly replenish regularly our spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical batteries.  Through my role as a mentor to Christian leaders in the last 6 years I have become aware that one of major threats to ongoing leadership within Australian Christianity and churches is burnout – and its key symptom of emotional exhaustion.” Rev Dr Keith Farmer

If you share this concern for Christian leaders in Australia and feel God has gifted and placed you to support and mentor Christian leaders then you are invited to the Mentoring Network Forum.  If you are sensing this is an area where God is leading you and you want to learn more, or whether you are an experienced mentor and want to learn from peers then this Forum is the place to be.
